I’m a 22-year-old vegetarian located on the California coast. Since going veg in 2005, I’ve been building up my skills, knowledge, and fearlessness of vegan cooking. Why? To feed myself anything I want without destroying animals. It’s just so unnecessary for me. Animal-free cuisine offers endless pleasures to satisfy my life, stomach, and tastebuds.
I love to cook and share the results with others. Alas, I cannot feed others via a blog, so I hope you will be inspired or shamed into cooking for yourself.
